The new issue of Freedom BMX came out in Germany and it has Mirraco rider Alessandro Barbero on the back cover. It also came with a La Finca distribution catalog which had 4 pages of Mirraco bikes in it. The bikes will be arriving in Germany soon.

The current tubing decal on the ’08 Icon Moto is wrong: It shows Crmo TT/DT/CS (top tube, down tube, chainstays), when actually the frame on that model is 100% Crmo. We just want to make sure that everyone is aware of it. The specs shown in the catalog (100% Crmo) are correct. We have taken steps to revise the wrong decal. Sorry about the confusion. Mirraco

Nike iD teamed up with Mirraco rider Nigel Sylvester to introduce the new Nike iD studio at Niketown New York. Bringing a style all his own, Nigel put on a quick demo and then got to the task at hand; designing a pair of custom shoes. Nigel explains the custom shoe: “Well there are 4 colors in my shoe. I started off with black as the base, it’s just a strong color. The navy blue and white goes with my favorite fitted hat which is the classic navy blue Yankee, NYC all day feel meeee. The purple which is my mom’s favorite color just gives the whole shoe POP! I have to give my lil homie Alex credit because he helped me a bunch on this design. So in a way each color has its own little story.” The only place you can find the Air Classic BW is on Nike iD at the iD studio in Niketown NYC.

What up guys, not much news on this side. I was meant to go to Cuba for a demo for Vans shoes but when we were at the airport it all fell through from a hurricane. Mirra buys Rally car, Spinner moves to G-ville, Guettler on the road, Nigel goes Banksgiving Jam, Rytell MIA. Spinner: Has already put 40 thousand miles on his new car. I think he lives in it now. Na all jokes aside he is finally making his move to Greenville and will be living with Austin Coleman. Mirra: Has been at rally school, which I don´t know how you call it school. You get to get in a car and rip around the track. That´s a class I would never be late for. He also just bought a Rally car so look forward for a car check with Dave. Ryan G. : Apparently likes to fly around the United States and not go anywhere. He was supposed to go to Cuba for a demo but due to the weather they had to bring it back home. He also just got off a Colony road trip which from what I hear it´s a bunch of crazy Aussies killin it on bikes. Nigel: Has been enjoying the weather in N.Y before the cold and snow come. He will also be heading out to the Banksgiving Jam. So keep your eye out for big things from my good friend Nigel.
