Ryan Guettler had a good feeling going into the Phoenix stop of the ASA world tour. The Australian can handle both dirt jumps and wooden ramps and in Phoenix it was a bit of of two combined. A big roll in lead to two jump boxes with a mellow landing followed by a quarterpipe. The set up was basic and since it was indoors, there were no problems with wind, rain or sunshine in the eyes.
After qualifying in second place, Ryan finished in third on Sunday in the finals behind Steve McCann and Dennis Enarson.
