Pimped my ride

Tuesday, June 12th, 2007
mco-ald-whip-mini.jpgCustomizing your bike has become a hobby for many riders. Al D jumped on the bandwagon and pimped up his Blue Mirraco Blend with gold bars, gold washer pieces for his front hub and gold chain tensioners.mco-ald-fakie-barspin.jpg We’re sure his bike wasn’t apart for long though as riding it still is much better than working on it. Here’s a few pictures too and a clip of Al D on his Blend. mco-ald-bike.jpgClick this link if you want to see a video clip of Al D’s new tricks.

On zhe road

Saturday, June 9th, 2007
mco-jmb-transfer.jpgFlow rider Jean-Marie Baertsch (Switzerland) did a little roadtrip down south with his friend Thomas Schmucki last weekend to ride a really funny bowl (similar to the famous Bowl of Marseille but mirrored). It was great; just chill, easy and sunny. Loved it. This weekend Mischel Carmona set up the Etnies Grounded Premier tomorrow were I’m surely going to be at. A weekend full of riding is upon us. Great! JMB

But Ryan wants it back and has been riding loads just to make sure he is ready when the first stop rolls around in a few weeks. The Dew Tour schedule looks like this: -Panasonic Open June 21-24 Baltimore, Md.—Camden Yards Sports Complex -Right Guard Open July 19-22 Cleveland, OH—North Coast Harbor -Vans® Invitational Aug. 16-19 Portland, Ore.—Rose Quarter -Toyota Challenge Sept. 20-23 Salt Lake City, UT—Energy Solutions Arena -PlayStation® Pro Oct. 18-21 Orlando, Fla.—Amway Arena With the first round being held one week after the Empire of Dirt event in England, Guettler has opted to skip that event to do some riding with Dave Mirra at Woodward. We told you he’s serious about it……
