Toronto contest report by Mike Spinner

Spinner enters Canada - watch outWell this is now my 3rd time out of the country. This one isn’t too bad though. I flew to Woodward from Florida, then the next day drove to Canada with my friend Mike Fede. We got there pretty early at 9 am so we were pretty tired, but a few hours later we got to ride the course. But when we rode, so did 50 other people. It was pretty wild but so busy. It was fun though. Everybody was doing trains and stuff going really high on the wedge wall thingy. Toronto-Canada contest overviewMoving forward. The next day was prelims. There were like 60 pros but they were taking 40 people to the finals so that was kinda cool. A bunch of people were stoked that the next day they got a second chance to get some of there stuff done. First place Garrett - second place for MikeThe finals were NUTS. Craziest contest ever, I mean it. Quinn Semling Did a downside whip out of the wedge wall, Mike Fede 270 double whipped the hip, Craig Mass Fronted the spine, Zack Warden did a barspin to downside whip on the quarter, Dennis Enerson triple whipped the slant wall, (Buff) hurricane-d the slant wall, Vinnie manualled the long rail, Zack Gerber front flipped the long wedge, Brian Hunt iced the slant wall, Will Love did a downside whip drop-in, John Ludwick did a barspin to footjam every time, Ronnie Napolitan double whipped the hip, Mark Potoczny Fakie-turndown on the 8ft, Michael Skolnik superman whipped the whole wall, Ron Thomas did a flip-barspin over the spine, Drew Bezanson 3 whipped into the 8ft quarter, Garret Reynolds pulled a 720 drop-in, did 450 truck over the rail and a 450 truck drop in for first place. I pulled a 540 nosepick whip first try in the contest and was stoked. I finished second behind Garrett. 3 times out of the country in 3 months. Bring it on. Mike Spinner If you recognize Mike Spinner in this Toronto contest movie you’re badass
