Mirraco rider Dave Rytell has just put his new ride together. It’s the new “fivestar” model and he’s already loving it. Check the spy photos of his new bike to get an idea of what the fivestar will look like. Dave rides around the Greenville area these days which makes it easier to go ride with team mates Mirra, Guettler and Laird. At least when they’re home.

First of all I just got my new frame last night. It’s the Mirraco “fivestar”. It is so good, nice, clean and feels really good..

Second. Me and my girlfriend Tracie went for a road trip up to Greenville to ride and hang out and just have a good time. When we were up in Greenville we had such a good time that we just went back home, packed up and moved to Greenville. We got a new apartment in Wilsone acres, 2 storie, 2 bed, 2 bath, it’s great.

Third off. In our apartment complex, right when I walk out the front door and look to my left, there is a great lip to wall ride. It’s awesome to ride.

The 12th X-games are about to take place in Los Angeles, California. From 3 - 6 August the top riders of the world will compete in Vert, Park, Dirt, Vert best trick and Big Air. Mirraco will be present in each of those classes with Ryan Guettler riding Park and Dirt (and he’s an alternate for Big Air) and Dave Mirra riding everything except dirt. That’s a handful. It was good having Ryan back at the Dew tour after his nasty spill in the first round. Everyone who has seen his face after the crash will understand that riding wasn’t full on for the weeks following the contest. Well, Ryan bounced back in Denver and qualified and finished in 6th (dirt). Ryan also just had his Birthday (17th) so if you wanted to say happy B-day, go ahead. In a few weeks Ryan will be flying to Germany for the Rebel Jam but before doing that he bought himself a killer Harley-Davidson.

Here’s some news on Ryan Guettler. He’s having a signature shoe out at Vans which came out very nice. Check Ryan’s feet next time you see him. Ryan will not only be riding at this year’s Rebeljam in Berlin, Germany but he’ll also have some photos on the wall at the BMX Photo exposition. If you’re wondering how Ryan’s doing after the horrible crash in Kentucky, well, he wanted to ride the Elevation dirt comp in Whistler the next weekend. He did not go but it shows how motivated he is right now. Keep those get well wishes coming for a few more days…
